vpsWOW would like our clients to be able to contact us easily and immediately. To do this we do not have a very annoying and hard to work-around call system. We have one number that goes straight to our office and is accessible by our technicians. Our technicians can offer basic sales support, but we do ask you use our Live Chat system or tickets for sales enquiries.

If you wish to submit a ticket, please do so via clicking the Client Area link on the navigation bar. This will take you to our billing system where you can submit tickets to Sales, Support, Billing and Abuse.

You can also contact us via e-mail for ease. All e-mails received will automatically open up into a ticket in our system and you will receive and automatic response as standard.
